    Patchwork

    This suits the purpose but where the physical work was done to reverse the polarity, it has a bulky and a less than professional "look"/ With how difficult to find this discontinued product, it was nice to find anything that would work. Good price but with Canadian exchange, shipping and duty it still added up.

    Works great for my Resmed CPAP

    The product works as it was presented. It works great with my Resmed S8 machine. I tested it and now I am confident that it will run my cpap machine during the weekend long fishing trip. Information on polarity is really helpful to not blow up the machine. I would recommend this product.

    ResMed Recommended 12volt 300 watt inverter

    The ResMed mfg recommended a work-around to get a pure sine wave 300 Watt 12 volt inverter instead of this cable to replace the discontinued DC-12 volt converter. Then use the 110 volt AC plug. I decided to take ResMed recommendation.
