When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we leave you feedback.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or that we are temporarily out of stock.
In the event of an item being out of stock or unavailable we will contact you immediately to give you the option of an alternative delivery date or product.
 
Substitution
 
We make every effort to ensure that the goods you order are as seen on our website. However, all of our wedding flowers are made to order and not off the shelf items. The pictures are for illustration purposes only and some items may vary slightly. We reserve the right to add an alternative material of equal quality.
 
Your Contact Details
 
When ordering we would ask you to provide us with a contact telephone number. This will help us should we have any questions relating to your order and also so that we can provide it to the courier service delivering your parcel.
 
Payment
 
Paypal is our preferred payment method. You can also pay for your goods by cheque or postal order. Please contact us for details.
 
Shipping and Handling
 
We aim to despatch all orders within the stated time frame. In the rare event that delivery is not possible within this time frame we will contact you as soon as possible.
All parcels will need signing for but we can deliver to an alternative address such as your place of work, please request this at the time of ordering.
When your delivery arrives we ask that you ensure that the item received is not damaged in any way. If the item received is damaged you will need to note the delivery note accordingly so that we can process a claim. If you discover that the item is damaged after signing for the goods without noting the delivery note we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
When ordering your goods please specify an address where someone will be to in to take receipt of the delivery. As stated above when ordering we would ask you to provide us with a contact telephone number so that we can pass this to the courier service delivering your parcel.
If the courier or mail service we choose are unable to deliver a charge may be incurred for re-delivery.
Please note that compensation cannot be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time.
 
Cancellation
 
You have the right to cancel your order within two days for products despatched within 5 days and within 7 days for orders despatched within 20 days. After this period cancellation will only be available if your order has not been dispatched. If your goods have already been despatched you have the right to return them under our returns policy.
 
Returns
 
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our products, therefore customers can shop with peace of mind. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in a new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
We regret that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any bespoke made to order items.
To return your order you must advise us by email that you wish to return the goods and obtain a returns number.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk.
We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

The Bluebell Wood cannot be held responsible for any damage due to negligence or intent. All risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
Many of our products are not suitable for young children due to their small detachable parts.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
