One of my worst experiences on ebay: The seller claims to deliver new, original packaged goods. But the item was neither new nor in its original packaging. It was opened, and the wrong (non-original) stand was supplied, so the spaceship could be set up. The plate for the stand was substituted with one from another model, which did not fit. To conceal this, the seller removed the sticker on the bottom of the plate. Through PayPal, I was able to resolve the case and received a full refund.
