    Hiya, i think the negative F/B was uncalled for. The post time item was posted within an hour of the order being placed. It was also very well wrapped up in a padded envelope. I cannot be responsible for the way Royal Mail handle post items, refund for the broken item was sent within a day. The item was fully described in my listing as new /old stock. If the buyer concentrated on what was going on instead of trying to recreate a past life it would have been better, this is only my advice to .
