    The mug provided was a different style to that advertised. When I contacted the seller, they advised their supplier had sent them the wrong ones and if I wanted to send it back they would issue a refund. The cost and effort of the return meant it wasn't worth it. The mug provided was a standard "builders mug" I specifically ordered from this seller due to the different style. No communication advising this before sending, left with a gift that I wasn't happy with giving.
