Seller was able to be flexible about delivery costs for larger-quantity order. The rails themselves were easy enough to fit though drilling produced unexpected amounts of black brick dust from one 90-year-old internal wall (one of 3 walls where rails fitted). Brick dust stained paintwork and needed redecoration. Might help to be aware of this if fitting in older buildings.

I went ahead with another similar item but sent the wrong thing. I needed it urgently, but they refused to send the correct one until incorrect piece was returned, which wasn’t feasible with the timing. I kept the item out of necessity and asked for a partial refund, which took ages, seller ignored my messages. Overall disappointing experience, rude company and the item was poor quality
