This classic Disney film stars Johnny Whitaker as Lonnie McNeil, a young boy who befriends a young bird dog. Deciding to train the dog as a hunting companion, Lonnie spends his days out on the Tennessee countryside with him, and quickly learns that the dog has a mischievous streak, including, as the film title implies, a insatiable taste for biscuits.
