I even learned from the seller how to use a smartphone camera to "see" the Infrared that the remote was emitting. I didn't know the phone could do that. The remote was emitting IR, but would not operate the air conditioner. The seller was very accommodating and refunded the purchase price and the shipping. It was nice to see a seller who genuinely seemed to care. would buy again
