Advert said "new in box", so bought them for a present. Arrived in a bag, no box. Contacted the seller who said it was the only description they could choose from eBay's list. However, other items on eBay did state new without box, so don't know why they didn't select that. I wanted to return the item, but didn't in the end, friend was still very happy with the item.
