Recesso Come previsto dal D.Lgs n. 206 del 06/09/2005, al cliente consumatore di L’Universo del Collezionismo di Magrini Gianluca è attribuito il diritto di recesso dal contratto. Il diritto di recesso, che prevede la possibilità per il consumatore di restituire il prodotto acquistato e di ottenere il relativo rimborso, è previsto solo in favore delle persone fisiche che, nella stipulazione del contratto, hanno agito per scopi estranei all'attività imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta. Il diritto di recesso deve essere esercitato entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce. Il diritto di recesso non si applica ai prodotti audiovisivi e ai software informatici sigillati aperti dal consumatore e neppure alla fornitura di beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati o che, per loro natura, non possono essere rispediti o rischiano di deteriorarsi o alterarsi rapidamente. Le uniche spese richieste al Cliente in caso di recesso sono quelle di rispedizione del prodotto.  Il recesso non è validamente esercitato, e non dà perciò diritto al rimborso del prezzo, qualora il prodotto non sia restituito sostanzialmente integro, come ad esempio nei casi di: - mancanza dell'imballo originale (si consiglia pertanto di conservare la confezione originale del prodotto almeno sino alla scadenza del termine per l'esercizio del recesso);  - assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto;  - danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal trasporto; - stato di conservazione del prodotto non normale.
