There was a manufacturing fault with the chair that was delivered. This very long family run business communicated brilliantly, and got it replaced straight away with no quibbles. In fact, the managing director called to apologise for me having the problem, and got involved sorting it out. Absolutely outstanding service that blew me away, and to boot the chair was 20% cheaper than at the well known national chain furniture retailer that also stock it. I totally, totally recommend this company.
