    Packaging should have been better as a few tips poked out of the package. A shipping box instead of padded envelope may have prevented this. The instruments were listed as new but were not, just packaged in sterilization pouches. I knew they would not be new and the seller may have not realized this. They did require a good amount of sharpening to renew, but they arrived in good used condition and now are able to be put into use. Overall decent seller and good value /experience, thanks!

You are correct in assuming that I did not know the instruments were not new as the seller when I purchased them had listed them as new.
