Seller notes: “It's a paperback copy with a dustjacket and there is some very slight wear to the edges of the ... “It's a paperback copy with a dustjacket and there is some very slight wear to the edges of the dustjacket, mostly noticeable at the top of the spine. Both the dustjacket and the internal pages are mildly foxed (a light tanning or browning effect that increases and darkens in some papers with age). The book is in one piece, clean & tidy internally and complete; however the binding is weak at a few points, e.g. between pages 8-9; and between pages 72 and 73 where the publishers have inserted 16 pages of plates. The book falls open between the plates and page 73 and you can see the threads holding the binding together at both this point and just after page 72. It's fine at the moment, but over time it will wear”

Forced to redeem package for extra £6.50 in penalty VAT fees, due to seller neglected electronically provide IOSS when shipping. Refuses to compensate. No responsibility, blames lack of knowledge in trade on buyer and Brexit. Not recommended.

The Post Office did not create an electronic customs document correctly, which resulted in the buyer getting charged import tax by Swedish customs. The buyer was unreasonable - they ordered the books just before Christmas & paid the economy shipping charge (a 21 day delivery window) and then expected a discount, even though we had sent the parcel Tracked (3 day delivery) at our own expense. Although we offered a return & full refund, they declined, kept the books and wanted full compensation
