    This is very nice and it was packed very, very carefully. And it arrived undamaged. But the item itself should have been in a plastic sleeve, not wrapped in paper. I accidentally ripped it at the corner if only a small bit when slowly trying to remove the item. Otherwise it’s a very nice Dante item and your service was excellent. Please use plastic sleeves for future orders. Thank you.
