The item arrived in reasonable time. However, the only installation instructions were printed on the box. The LED bulb was a replacement for a CFL bulb. The instructions did not explain how or why to bypass the electronic ballast. Using the bulb with the ballast in place delayed its start and caused it to flicker. After finding out how to replace the ballast, the bulb was already damaged and failed with a flash as soon as I switched it on. I have replaced the bulb via another supplier.
