I ordered am iPad Pro 12.9 case. The one delivered was the incorrect size and version. Trying to return the item but Evri delivery guy said it had to go to depot! I have binned the item.

I use the royal mail courier service not Evri. The customer mentioned in a message to me that they recieved an item from a different seller and sent an image of the item which came from a different seller, they never gave me an image of my item. Offered prepaid returns and I also asked if they would like a refund. They asked me to stop contacting them as they dont have time to spend on this anymore, no clarification as to whether the item I sent out was incorrect or if they even received my item
