Quite a big eye after all!
I haf seen this film at the cinema by chance and it instantly made a big impact on me. I like films like The Blair Witch Project... I'm not saying this is a rip off but it has some of its ideas in it. A film shot almost entirely from cameras hovering around in a 'Big Brother' house where 5 people apply to spend an amount of time in from an internet site promising a big amount of money as a prize. The difference from the usual 'Big Brother' game is that this time no person can leave the house till the very end... whatever happens! A series of horrific things occur obviously which will give a dramatic ending to the whole film. I loved the idea of having the film shot from these cameras instead of the usual shots we see in all films. I liked the story as a whole and especially the ending... ... I recommend this film to those of you who like horror movies with a twist as well as those of you who like to find orginal ideas which make a film quite different to those watched everyday.

My Little Eye was a good film but in my opinion not a bit what I had expected. I was watching big brother at the time and thought it would be simmilar, no way, its a full blown horror movie which is shot a bit like they are filming it themselves. The plot is kids on their own in a house and if they stay they will win a million pounds. Like big brother there are cameras everywhere. Its not a family film and I wouldnt watch it again, but if you like films with horror without giving the plot away its quite a good twist at the end. Yes I would say It falls in with the Scream and I know what you did last Summer type films but gritty and not as polished.My Little Eye was a good film but in my opinion not a bit what I had expected. Worth watching!
I hadn't heard of this film when i bought it but as a fan of scary movies i thought i would see what its like! I must say after reading the plot i was expecting something a little more exciting. It had no build up to the group going into the house so took a while to get into the film. Some parts were good but to be honest i found the first 70% of the film very slow with abit more action at the end. As for the end of the film, not great. Its definately worth watching as there are good parts and the plot is great. Must see for Big Brother fans
Being a Big brother fan i really enjoyed this film and would recommend this film as a must see. Without giving to much away a group of people are picked to live in a house for six months together, and everthing they do or say is captured by the camera's and transmitted over the internet. Just like big brother there's a cash prize for the winner, the only one that last's the full six months. Everything is fine in the beginning but then strange things start to happen and there nerves are put to the test. There's a brilliant twist in the film when you realise why they've been picked. Also if anyone leaves they all lose. I've rated this film as good it's not brilliant but definately worth watching. I's rated an 18 because of the nudity and the violence, the running time is 92 minutes which is ... Being a Big brother fan i really enjoyed this film and would recommend this film as a must see. Quite poor
Contrary to some people's beliefs, this film is quite shoddy. An interesting idea, and the dvd has interesting elements unique to this film, but avoid buying unless it is at a bargain basement price. Poor acting, characters you feel no sympathy for, and little or no action (except the bedroom scene!). I didn't give it 1/5 as I liked the idea. That's about it.
