    Love her methods and recipes

    I have discovered the wonderful tofu shirakataku. I always have at least 3 bags of it in the fridge. It is wonderfully delicious and I use it all the time with hardly any calories. Many of her recipes are very, very easy to follow and are yummy. I bought 4 of her other books and will continue to cook and plan my meals with her recipes in mind.
