    I've tried a lot of magnesium tablets and this brand works the best for me.

    I've tried a lot of magnesium tablets and this brand works the best for me. I have restless legs. The other brands I tried worked to a small degree but this brand of magnesium works amazing. Plus it doesn't give me the digestive upset that other brands do. My husband also uses this for leg cramps. Works great for him also.

    Works great and sleep is alot better.

    This product seems to help relax and sleep even though I have RLS / figityfeet at times. This Magnesium Gly I noticed helps me go back to sleep when I wake at 3am ish and normally I am up for an hour then I go back to sleep. Hadn't had that experience since taking 2 tablet's hour or so before bedtime. Great help for my husband who normally has probs sleeping all night. Thank you for great product!!!!
