My pcm turned out to have a short and they could not repair it. They refunded half my purchase less shipping. Just be aware that they cannot fix some issues.

I contacted the post office there and was told a person from their company picked it up. I emailed, called and texted them but was given the run around. The said they would call me back but I haven't seen SIA electronics on my ID. I sent it on 10th of Aug and it's 26 Aug. They have even confirmed this and the lost package claim/investigation is still open as of today 9/5. We offered to find a replacement for this buyer but they stopped communicating with us.

I asked if they would test it again just in case and they did. They called again and said that the ECM was fine. They then refunded some of the purchase price....who does that? I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIA to anyone who is having a problem with their ECM,ECU or PCM. They are the BEST...

A lot of companies don’t extend that courtesy. Because I so desperately need it, I sent it to them priority mail, which ended up taking a week instead of three days to get to them. I am very hopeful that they will get back to me as soon as it’s repaired and offer me an expedited shipping. I’m giving them a good rating because of the communication so far I don’t have the item bac

The ECU was not repairable and if you see it is burnt on any of the fuses or links it will not be repairable. Paid about $70 to have it looked at and sent back within 2 weeks. Al and all a good service. I had to call in to find out as it was shipped back without a call.
