    A lovely film with a great cast

    A great film with 2 great actors John and a young Hayley Mills. An engaging story with an unexpected twist and a happy ending for at least some. A great film and on here at a grestbprice

    Family is a typical as when I got married and at to live with my in-laws

    It was just as good as it was when I went see the film really pleased it was in colour as well i thought it was black and white so that was a bonus great brilliant

    Young and in love !

    When this film first came out , I was a teenager. Young enough and old enough to fancy Hayley Mills like mad . Enough to watch this movie about six times , purely because of her. However on present day appraisal, I found this movie funny , sad and happy all in one package . Plus it was based in a town nearby , named Bolton .Its about newlyweds living with inlaws and all the trials and tribulations that this can bring . In short A down to earth northern drama . Go on . Give it a go .
