    Was stopped £5.93 postage when I returned the item as it was the wrong filter for my tap. GRL Direct did send out the correct filter housing at no extra cost because I dealt with them directly and not through E-Bay. I had queried the postage cost and was assured that as long as I sent the item back through the original seller (which I did), there would be no postage to pay yet postage was stopped from my refund. Not acceptable.
