Masquerading as a UK company selling from the Far East 'real' items without packaging. Sent the completely wrong item of a lower value. Before dispatching the correct item I had to print off tracking labels and go out of my way to post it back to China before they would refund. If I wanted my item I then had to pay again. Avoid this seller, you get what you pay for.

The item has to be professionally fitted to my Bianchi bicycle. I am confident that it is the correct item and a genuine Bianchi product. The specialist fitter will tell me if it is. The seller promptly answered my questions. The delivery was the best I’ve experienced. Packaging was first class. Overall I am extremely happy. However, if the item turns out to be a cheap copy and unusable then my opinion will be different.
