Your item(s) will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), or 3-5 working days for personalised items of receiving payment (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
We won’t ship to PO Box addresses due to item protection. It is a buyer responsibility to arrange for the collection of item(s) hat were not able to be delivered due to the availability of the signatory. Items returned to us as not collected from the local sorting office or not paid appropriate tax or duty fees can be re-delivered at your cost. If items are returned to us we will aim to contact you within 2 working days to arrange redelivery unless you contact us first.
Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis regardless of the weight of your parcel but methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase and destination of your order.
We provide FREE delivery to any address in the UK. For orders below £110, your items will be shipped using Royal Mail 48 service, and for orders above that amount, we're using Guaranteed delivery by 1pm. There is an option to upgrade the shipping available at the checkout.
International deliveries are sent using signed/tracked delivery.
We are able to deliver anywhere in the world using Royal Mail International services. Any tax and duty costs payable outside of the UK are the full responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that the stated delivery dates are an eBay estimate only and do not guarantee your order will be delivered on that date. Please also note that Royal Mail allows from 10 (UK) to 25 (International) working days for delivery before an item is classed as missing. If your item hasn't been received by this time please contact us.
All jewellery goes through strict quality control before shipping.

We want our customers to love our Jewellery as much as we do, therefore we are happy to exchange faulty items within 30 days of the customer receiving the item, where the item has not been worn, washed or altered. All original packaging must be intact. Please keep a copy of your purchase email to supply on request.
Unfortunately due to the nature of some of the listings, none of the personalised or custom-made jewellery can be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund of the item/s worth minus fees* will be processed only if the product will be in a re-sellable condition (no chips, scratches, perfume smell or broken bits). Products that have been modified by another 3rd party jeweller or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
Returning purchases is at the customer's expense (except where the item is faulty or defective, or is dispatched in error by us) and must be sent by tracked post. Where an item has been delivered with defects, Royal Mail will require photos of the original packaging.
Please remember that products may differ from images as shapes and sizes of stones may vary. We have made every effort to convey the items as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes and lengths where appropriate and accurate colour options. Colours and images may vary slightly according to the device/monitor that they are viewed on. *Only the price of the item will be refunded minus shipping and duty/tax fees.
