Deliveries:
Deliveries are made using Royal Mail Services for smaller items, and UK Mail for larger items. UK Mail delivers on working days i.e. Mon-Fri, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. Remote Postcodes may take longer than Next Day. If there is no one in and the item is returned back to us or the courier have to redeliver, there will be an administration charge of £3.50.
 
Where glass or mirrored items are purchased, please ensure the item is opened and checked before signing for, as any damaged items must be signed for as damaged otherwise a damage claims cannot be made. It is our policy to replace damaged items as swiftly as possible.     Fantastic planter

    Bought this for my strawberry plants, looking good, no holes but easy to drill in the bottom, good size, great product, had terracotta, and they broke, so wanted something to last, these are perfect, good price, and would recommend this product.

    Very strong and I like the fact that it has small feet to keep it off the ground and aid drainage ( after holes have been drilled).
