I am very pleased with this as a microscope camera.
I bought this to use as a microscope camera for digital microphotography. However for its age, it is still an excellent camera for everyday use as well. With the right adapter, and a step ring, it will take photographs through a microscope system, and you can monitor the focus through the screen. Sometimes these have a faulty battery cover, but if you are using the camera in a static situation, there is a convenient mains adapter available, and you do not need batteries.In normal use it is very greedy on batteries, and rechargeable ones are recommended.I bought this to use as a microscope camera for digital microphotography.
