    The book is easy to understand, has a lot of useful info about windows XP and a lot of things I'll need to try to make my computer runs better. It was priced right, so I brought it.

    I'm kind of a reference book junkie and Pogue is tops.

    Well indexed. Not overloaded with jokes like the dummy series. This book has gotten me out of a couple jams and my learning curve has steepened. Highly recomended for beginners and novices.
