Nice Boots. Arrived quickly, and packed well. I ordered the size 7. The Boots slip on fine, but are a tight fitting 7. The Boots feel tight on the toes. It's a shame, as they look nice. I am hoping that they will stretch, if I wear them in. I would go up a size, if buying again.

I rarely leave negative feedback as I’m quite easy to please. However in this case, the seller, who sent me the wrong item, demonstrated poor customer management and lack of professionalism. Response time was too long. I didn’t feel my custom was valued. By the time I returned the unwanted shoes, the model initially ordered got sold out, despite me flagging this to the seller. The seller didn’t agree on my preferred solution ( i.e sending the correct model asap) due to trust issues. Really?!☹
