Item delivered quickly, packaged in a plastic bag, this was undamaged but probably would have preferred more substantial packaging. Item itself is brilliant, folds out to fit in a fair ammount of laundry in, not as big as existing plastic basket but sufficient for my use. Folds down to a size as large as the diameter of the top plastic ring of the basket. Would be perfect for a camper or canal boat given size it folds to. Rubber feels as though it will last. For the price, brilliant. Very happy.
