Jeremie Gilbert is Professor of International and Comparative Law at the University of East London, United Kingdom. His main area of research is on international human rights law, and more particularly the rights of indigenous peoples. He has widely published on the rights of indigenous peoples, looking in particular at their right to land and natural resources.
