Although the wrong size/colour towels were sent. The seller was very approachable and helpful. They offered a return and replace option but I asked for a the difference in price to be refunded, which they were more than happy to do. So item not as stated but was delivered quickly. Gave the seller the chance to sort the issue to no avail. Package arrived smelling of damp and the towels were wet. I immediately contacted the seller but by the next day with no response I binned said towels as I wasn't having them in my home not knowing what had made them wet. Seller contacted on day 2 to ask for photos which I can't understand how he was going to see that they smelt of damp. I was then told I would have to go myself and return. Very unprofessional.
