Works as advertised. It's a bit more pointy than flat unlike other headrests, but find the sweet spot for your head and neck and that won't be a problem. I put this on an Aeron Remastered, and the seller did correctly state that the mesh pattern would not match. That should not be a problem for anyone looking for an Aeron headrest.
