Rose customs is amazing!!! We received the shoes we ordered, but felt like the colors werenāt correct based on the photo. I reached out to them and let them know, and sent them a screen shot of the correct colors. They immediately got to work customizing another pair of shoes with the correct coloring. They sent me the new shoes and they are perfect! They also sent me a label to return the first pair, which I did.
