I am really impressed by the performance of this Proaction shredder and its capabilities. The delivery was also very impressive having received the item on the 3rd day after ordering. Unfortunately the box had been handled very badly during the delivery process and the paper and cd bins had both been damaged. However the seller has put matters right.
