They replied back and told me that they use a laser engraver, and asked if that would be good. After agreeing to that, they asked how far to space the designs. That was it. VERY easy to work with, they understood exactly what I was asking for. Belt came in today and it's amazing. Simply amazing. I could not be any happier. Thanks for an awesome buying experience. Highly recommend.

The material appears to be good quality and in new condition. However the appearance is not as advertised. After receiving my item I was dissatisfied in that in didn’t look anything like the picture. I contacted twice, explained my concern and asked if it could be fixed. I got nothing. I am ready for a refund. The cover is not useful with no handles, snap or front pocket (as advertised).Follow-up from: a***3- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could change my rating I would give the Seller “three stars”. I went back to the item’s webpage and noticed a drop down selection in order to custom design the cover. So, I did not understand how to order this cover. I would have returned and reordered exactly what I was trying to get. Communication would have helped.
