My first time of having to wear a hernia belt, so takes a bit of getting use to, but generally speaking there appears to be nothing wrong with the product, although slightly big for me, the next size down small, woukd have been to toght perhaps, to big a gap in the size , betwern small and medium, good company to deal with.
