    Seller shipped the wrong product. Upon requesting a return would not pay for return shipping. A compromise was reached. I cannot honestly call this a positive experience because I did not get the product I wanted. The seller did agree to refund 70% of the original price and let me keep the unwanted product I did receive. Perhaps a family member can use it, but I can't. Seller communication was a little slow even considering the time zone differences.
