The order arrived well packaged and in good condition. The shuichi plush comes with a hat unlike the one shown in the photos, in case you wanted a hat-free one. My only concern was the shipping, the package didn't move for a few days but when I raised my concern with the supplier and shipping company, it arrived within a few days.
