Terms and conditions of the sale
Unless we agree otherwise with you, then we will normally ensure that Goods are delivered to you no later than 5-7 days from the day after you submitted your Order to us.
 
We shall use reasonable endeavours to dispatch Goods to you by the estimated delivery date and time.
 
If our supply of the Goods is delayed by an event outside our reasonable control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
 
If there is a risk of a substantial delay, you may contact us to end the Contract and receive a refund for any Goods you have paid for but not received.
 
If we do not get the Goods to you by the estimated delivery date then you may cancel your order straight away if any of the following apply:
we have refused to deliver the Goods.
Delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances)
You told us before we accepted your Order that delivery within the deadline was essential.
 
If you do not wish to cancel your Order straight away you can give us a new deadline for delivery, which must be reasonable, and you can cancel your Order if we do not meet the new deadline.
 
If you do choose to cancel your Order for late delivery, if the Goods have been delivered to you, you will have to return them to us or allow us to collect them, and we will pay the costs of this. After you cancel your Order we will refund you any sums you have paid to us for the cancelled Goods and their delivery.
 
Delivery is deemed to take place when the Goods are delivered to your nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to you.
 
If you cannot accept delivery, we may at our option re-arrange delivery provided that we may charge you for the additional delivery costs incurred.
 
If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
 
Upon delivery of the goods, you will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery to acknowledge safe receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure that the number of packages delivered corresponds with the number stated on the delivery note.
 
Where you are not happy with the product received for any reason, a discrepancy occurs or where there is evident damage to the packaging, you should either note this on the Proof of Delivery or refuse to accept delivery of the order, if this was not noted at the time of delivery, you must notify us within a reasonable time frame of 7 days, in exceptional circumstances or in the holiday season we may agree to extend this to 14 days.
 
We shall not be liable for discrepancies or damage should you not notify us within 30 days of delivery.
 
You may request a copy of the Proof of Delivery, provided that this request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery and we shall use reasonable endeavours to provide such proof.
 
If you do not make such a request, then we shall be entitled to assume that all the Goods in your Order have been delivered successfully.
 
DIGITAL GOODS
Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are therefore not services or goods.
 
If you want to download something within 14 days of buying it, you will have to give your consent to waive the 14-day cooling-off period.
 
If you don’t give your consent, the 14-day cooling-off period still applies, but you won’t be able to download your digital content until this period has ended.
 
This is to prevent you from changing your mind after you have downloaded the content.
 
Once you have activated the product we are no longer able to take this back under any circumstances.

We may refuse to refund you should we decide that the issue is not down to a faulty product but down to a bad fit to your system.

    McAfee working wonders.

    I received the McAfee Total Protection by email with complete instructions for installation. I entered the code, dispatched by another email with the website link, and it was recognised immediately. You just follow the on screen dialogue as the product installs itself, which took about 20 minutes. It undertakes lots of checks on your PC then installs. The Software is now up and running protecting my laptop. Checking the information tag it shows a full 12 month subscription.

    Look for other options

    Firstly it wouldn’t install. Five different people worked on one of my machines. Got it installed after two days (but a different copy to what was supplied) Found our that with all the work that had been done it a lot of things were no longer working. Contacted Mcafee again and they said it was now an hardware issue, but mcafee was still working fine although nothing else was. Reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled windows 10. With the hardware issues now apparently gone I put on Bitdefender - no problems. Didn’t chance mcafee again just in case. However tried to install mcafee on a second machine, again totally fouled it up so had to reformat this drive now as the issues we causing it to become unstable where it would suddenly re-boot in the middle of something. All working well now ...

    More than I expected by far

    I’ve always had mcafee antivirus plus on my phone and other computers ect and couldn’t knock it. But couldn’t actually find it this renewal but found the total protection for roughly what I paid for the antivirus plus. On reviewing what it actually had I saw it had many more options than what I originally had. I guess the clue is in the name really. My son installed it as I’m totally computer illiterate with stuff like this. Within 5 minutes at most it was all installed,no issues whatsoever apparently,went straight in so all good. Has so many more options than the antivirus plus I’m actually scratching my head why I never purchased it beforehand to be honest. It covers basically everything I’d personally need it to cover plus lots more i havnt actually investigated as yet but soon will for ...

    Great product - simple installation - ideal price - swift delivery
