Amazing sofa. Quick delivery, good communication from sofa staff however let down by the delivery company men. I found them to be rude at times. I paid to have the sofa put together and they didn't have their own tools and didn't put it together properly. Didn't give me a chance to look at the sofa to check for any discrepancies. Took their photos and walked out. Felt awkward with one man.

Sofa is great but delivery is awful, the worst I've experienced recently. Firstly an additional 29 pounds is requested for out of range delivery, didn't expect this but accepted; two delivery guys moved sofa into the house but damaged my hanger on the wall, then stuck in the porch due to space. I asked them to go from yard and come in through kitchen which is more possible, they refused. I asked them to put the sofa in my front door in the end I got it in all by myself.

Fabulous for the money, sofa came sooner than expected, the only issue we had was that the larger sofa came with only 4 cushions instead of 5 as advertised but the seller responded quickly and sent another cushion out no questions asked, overall I am thrilled with my new sofa and I would 100% buy again from this seller.

Absolutely gorgeous would 100% recommend very helpful quick to reply to messages for the price you won't get a better deal and I've bought from much more expensive stores yet the quality of these is second to none. Would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend to anybody looking for an absolute bargain. I got a phone call on the morning of the delivery to say there would be a £29 delivery fee which was very reasonable considering they where coming from Birmingham.

Very pleased with the sofa. As described and well worth the money. Better quality than expected, the seats are firm and supportive. Delivery was quick and arrived earlier than originally stated. Great communication with notice of delivery and a call 30 mins before, the men were great.
