Recesso Come previsto dal D.Lgs n. 206 del 06/09/2005, al cliente consumatore di L’Universo del Collezionismo di Magrini Gianluca è attribuito il diritto di recesso dal contratto. Il diritto di recesso, che prevede la possibilità per il consumatore di restituire il prodotto acquistato e di ottenere il relativo rimborso, è previsto solo in favore delle persone fisiche che, nella stipulazione del contratto, hanno agito per scopi estranei all'attività imprenditoriale o professionale eventualmente svolta. Il diritto di recesso deve essere esercitato entro il termine di 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce.
