I ordered a pair of trousers on May 4, and realized a few weeks later I hadn't received them. I contacted the seller twice and ZERO response. Tracking showed the order hadn't even shipped, that only a label had been printed. I finally had to get EBay involved to try and get an answer from the non responsive seller, and then I finally was issued a refund. Seller eventually replied, but sorry, that was too little too late. Service is so important, and if you can't even respond, don't sell.

Jersey ordered on 9/8. Estimated delivery on 9/19, which is ridiculous but we accepted that.No order status change by 9/22 despite 3 unanswered attempts to contact seller. EBay had to get involved and a refund was confirmed on 9/28.The seller doesn’t belong on this platform. Transactions are supposed to be quick with open communication. They don’t understand the concept of either.
