To be specific two of the items purchased arrived broken/imperfections, I contacted Mr. Bruce and explained this situation and he immediately responded with “NO PROBLEM, I WILL SEND REPLACEMENTS” three days later I had my replacements at home, no questions, no inquiries, no buts… AAAA++++ seller. I wish all sellers in EBay where like Bruce.
