Great way-back
I bought this album many years back for the history of what Cuban music was and it didn't disappoint. I misplaced the cd so thought I'd buy another.... used, I knew I was taking a chance (New cds are too expensive) so what the heck, I'd give it a try.... waited til what I thought was a good quality cd, good value. This is a great CD, with an awesome book liner notes that tells the story of some of Cuba's greatest artists getting together. I can't understand any of the lyrics, and that doesn't matter. Music is a universal language. =) ...the lyrics are translated in the cool liner notes I mentioned earlier, if you wish. Rich, beautiful, organic tracks that lend themselves to chilling out on the patio w/ a cold libation or soaking up rays by the pool.
