Perfect ebayer, very patient, responsive, reassuring. But the "eBay International Shipping" is a disaster (not the fault of ebayer). Expensive, slow, and package not suitable for content. It's shameful for such a big company that doesn't give its sellers a choice when it comes to selling internationally.
