Sorry you've gone off Holly's, they are great plants. As discussed, sorry about the box, we only had that size left, I realise it was big enough for a few trees but we thought it was better than delaying the posting. A bend in the leaves is quite characteristic of the holly, as are the spikes edges you didn't like. A yellowish tinge to the bottom leaf shows signs of needing a feed or that leaf being unhappy, sorry your tree had one. A return and full refund was offered but refused.
