Plantronics T10 corded headset phone
I have been using this model for about 6 months now for mostly inbound calls. There are a few things I think could be done better, like more holes in the ear piece, the real problem I have run into is inadvertently disconnecting callers when placing them on or retrieving them from hold. If you look at the arrangement you can see how it might be a problem. I have learned to give it a minute or two when you connect it to get a dial tone. You can also unplug and re-plug it if it didn't pick up the tone during the first try, so don't assume it's broken if at first you don't succeed. After you get it connected it seems to preform fine, the call volume is adjustable as well as tone. The volume & sound are usually good as long as you aren't talking to someone on a cell phone, outside, ... I have been using this model for about 6 months now for mostly inbound calls. I ordered this headset to work from my home office answering inbound customer service calls. It is compatible with my applications and has never given me a problem. Its loud clear easy to use. The design is sleek and one of a kind. 6 long hrs for talking and like a day on standby. The charing carrying case is small and call. Its kinda like a touch screen thing so to speak. One side led lights up shows the level of charge for the case and when the Bluetooth is placed in it then the other side led lights up showing the Bluetooth charge status.

This headset is awesome. I was a little concerned about the shape and length but it turned out to be much more user friendly. Tone is great, answers by just putting it into my ear, charge lasts all day, does well in the wind as far as I can tell so far and is waterproof. That right, it went through a complete wash and dry cycle with my pants and I picked it out of the hot dryer, put it in my ear and answered the phone. Only headset ever to do that that I've owned and I've owned 30 or 40 headsets.This headset is awesome.
