I had been filling the E tank for over an hour before the needle even started to move. The gauge isn't really needed since the homefill unit has an internal gauge that controls the pressure in the air tank.

It's an empty or at least unpressurized cylinder. But until now no one would ship it. I would have liked a 20lb one but maybe I'll just order another 10lb cylinder from these fined folks.
