Seller communication is adequate but they provided fake items that are very poor, almost laughable in their quality and they also do not provide the correct return address, causing the items to arrive back at my door marked as unwanted/wrong address!
However they did provide a full refund upon request so I am marking this as a neutral experience for that fact and that alone!

Unfortunately the description and photo of Grin Totoro Plush Doll Soft Toy did not match the item received. The description and photo of the Catbus almost matched, except there was no brand tag attached to the ear as in the photo. I was not at all satisfied with the Grin Totoro because it did not match the photo and description. However, seller communication was good and the seller resolved my complaint fairly with a partial refund and no need to return the item which I was unhappy with.
