I finally found this product that matched my existing WC dimensionally. However when fitted it was clear the item did not match that which I ordered. I had to fit the WC for my elderly Mother but It sits 2 inches away from the back wall as they sent me a fully enclosed WC. I contacted the seller, aside from asking me constantly for pictures, they have ignored me & not offered any form of refund when it is a clear error from them. Please do not use Bath Supermarket UK, they clearly do not care

Then after the replacement (which looks different to advertised) arrived I book the plumber again, to find out the mounting kit is still incomplete. Was offered a partial refund which is of no use, as still have an unusable but very expensive kit at this point. But I didn’t decline it and haven’t actually received any refund at all.
